Last week actress and style icon Sienna Miller famous for roles in the Factory Girl and Alfie was spotted in London wearing a pair of Ruby+Ed Holland Blue suede lace ups. The actress was out with her mother when she bumped into Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky.
